Are transparent colors available in Archicad? Can they be created? How?

Depends on your definition of "color".

You can create translucent and transparetn materials.

Fills can have pen number zero in the background, which makes them translucent.

Pens however are always solid, and so are all lines.

You can create transparent surfaces, transparent fills... What do you need?
