Trimming angled roof edges at ridge

I'm trying to trim or merge two angled roof edges (135 degrees) at the ridgeline but can't seem to do this with any connection options/ trim options. Any advice?

I figured out the Custom Edge Settings. By clicking the edge I wanted to modify then clicking the Custom Edge button in the pop-up bar I was able to specify which edge I needed to modify.

Yes that allows you to manually set the edge angle.

If they are single roof planes (which they are in this case) you can automate the trim and edge angle.
Pull the edges apart a little for clarity.
Select one roof and CTRL click on the edge you want to join.
Then deselect and select the other roof and CTRL click the edge of the first roof.
This will automatically trim you hips and ridges and should set the correct edge angle as well.
