Hello,

When I change the top height of a wall to Not Linked with a custom height, its not possible to relink it to a story level again, is there any solution that i'm not aware of?

I think you can relink to storey top of the wall.

Thanks for the reply, yes I know that but for me when I select a story, it jumps back to unlink again, maybe my archicad has a bug? I tried this on Archicad 25 and 23, same situation on both

Is this wall part of a hotlinked model?

I see...
Perhaps some screen shots of your wall and story settings would put some light on it.

I tested that in default template and same happend but I found the problem, if you change the height, befor you do the relink you have to manually set the story height then link the wall. if the height is anything other than story height, it wont relink

Hello,

Thank you very much for your report!

Could you help us to investigate the issue by making a short video of the issue? I tried to replicate it from your description, but unfortunately the Top linked worked even with a custom height wall (tested on Archicad 25 3002).

Thank you for your help in advance, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,
Minh
