What do you think should be done to get Archicad a bigger market share ?

I personally find ARCHICAD way more powerful, easy to use, faster and all in all innovative than other solutions like Revit. However since Revit is backed up by Autodesk and long years of Autocad dominance, ARCHICAD isn’t leading in terms of market share, what do you think GRAPHISOFT should do better? Do you think it’s enough for them to just push for a better product ? Or is there something else you would do ?

Rhino.Inside.Revit 1.0 has been released last week, I think (before that, it was beta):
https://www.rhino3d.com/inside/revit/1.0/

When the AC+GH connection was introduced, there was only Dynamo for Revit around, and compared to that, it was amazing - as of today, it's fast getting behind Rhino.Inside.Revit. Also, Dynamo offers a lot more than Param-O: basically control over the whole Revit document through visual scripting.

Overall, the Rhino-GH ecosystem can grow towards Revit more easily than Archicad. Transferring keys/values from the Rhino model to AC as properties would be an insanely useful step forward. Or adding Rhino 7 support officially for the GH connection...

Back here to read and get inspired for the future of Archicad,

This software have great capabilities that need to be pushed to it's limits,

Graphisoft, please think in a more granular way, a building is an assembly of different components, modeling theese components should be easier, you already have a strong schedueling system, Archicad lacks on modelling it should be smarter, automatic and cretes links and logical relations between compôents, ex, light should follow ceiling (using level or links)

Try to focus more on thr architect side, and forget about all in one software, revit is a bad exemple, there is IFC, with a serious free training materials, users can use it correctly,

I think, Archicad isn't really ready to jump to the pole position, but it can do it with some "smart" moves

Revit 23 is out, and as expected, there is no good new features, atodesk community is not happy ...

Graphisoft may benefit from this ...
