Zone Stamp background fill - in dwg some correct, some not

I have my zone stamps set with a light grey (254) background fill which is set to 15% transparency. The background pen is transparent so that it does not block any dimension lines etc which might run through it. This looks fantastic in the pdf since there is so much info and the stamp is easy to find and read.

Here's the problem: when I export the plan to dwg, some of the stamps have solid background fills, others are empty. I am speaking about the stamp itself within the frame, not the zone fill.

Why are only some of my stamps affected?

This is a Archicad 19 project so graphic override would not be a solution, although I have this same problem in 20 as well, even though I recreated the appearance with a new stamp I still get a few insubordinates 😉

Or how could I adjust the translator to not export the background fill at all?
