1)
IS the AC13 file on the same machine as the AC11 file?
AC uses the OS fonts. Country Blueprint is not a standard
font, therefor you or someone manually loaded it.
Reload the font to the correct system folder. Process is unique to
the OS.

2)
Of course, you should change the text font to something like Arial,
just to make sure there is no other mickey mouse going on.

3)
You can and should run a search for your question before posting.

Thanks for the help. I opened up the file on the laptop which it was created and the text appeared. I have been using country blueprint in ArchiCAD since V7. I didn't realise it wasn't a graphisoft font. I'm guessing I must have originally got it from an AutoCAD file.

As snap has said, AC (like almost all software) uses fonts that are available on your system.

Copy "counb___.ttf" from the windows\fonts\ folder on your laptop to the same folder on your new PC and it will be available in all your programs.
