how do I make door go across two stories with different walls?

Is it possible to make a door and window cross two stories in archicad? When I draw it, it only show half of the door in the 3D - model .

If you insist on separate walls for each storey, then you will need to add an empty opening to the second wall.
A door or window can only belong to one wall.

Otherwise use a single wall that spans both storeys.
