how do you change the end of a line, or the corner of a polyline, or the corner of the frame of a fill outline to be crisp/90 degrees instead of rounded?

I am using 21 and I don't see that option for end caps like in Illustrator, what is new in 21 for dash lines and objects is that there will always be a line in a corner

I'm in 23 and my polylines don't always have something at the corner... is this only for lines?

It should be there in 23 (don't have it installed) and it should apply to PL.
