I want to use a hanging metal chain as a downspout on my project, any tips on making one, or better yet locating one that is already made

Hi Scott,

Olivier Dentan has one in French on his site here -

I seem to remember there are two in the zip; a vertical hanging one, and one that droops in the middle.
