valar morghello,

now want to change slab's edge but it stretching wrong surface.
i want the other surface to extend.

---
*tried to modify it's reference line but it doesn't work.
*don't want to do excessive laboring like setting negative angle + offsetting slab. is there any smart way?

The edge angle is always 'hinged' from the top surface of the slab - regardless of the reference plane position.
If you want to extent the top of the slab then you have to stretch the actual slab itself and then angle the edge.
Or GS could modify the behaviour to more logically hinge from the reference plane rather than the top. That shouldn't be too difficult to implement
Apple iMac Intel i9 / macOS Sonoma / AC27UKI (most recent builds.. if they work)

No, because then every time you moved the reference plane, you would have to adjust the slab size and edge angle to keep the edge in the same position.

Barry.

How often do you change the reference line of a slab after the initial setup when placing? Though, it should probably be independent of that...
