In my library there is something with the end of ("Do Not Modify").

Is that a part of the Archicad's Library saying to me don't delete this? Is it important? Can i delete it?
Thanks.

Only you can decide that.
If it is not important to you then probably yes.
But you may want to save a copy of the objects (sect and export), so you have it if you need it.

You can see in the image that there are no placed objects, so if you do delete it there will be nothing missing from your model.

The "Do Not Modify" is a warning to say that they are a group of objects that all work together, so need to be kept together as is.
It will be something that was downloaded from BIMComponents.
