how to make reinforced steel concrete slab like the one that commonly used in the highway bridge/flyover? i want to show in 3d section, and section drawin.

Please post a sketch, picture or really good description of what you mean. Overpasses vary be region. Steel box beams, concrete girders, concrete box beams, etc.
Do you need this for CD's or merely a "realistic background". Without some details it is hard to help you.

I would assume that you mean a special concrete pre-cast section.

One more thing.
An easy way to end the C.P. is to have them butt into a wall. In Thomas' example maybe a wall with a slant similar to "rise-run" of the bleachers using a roof as operator and SEO as operator.
Or better yet, try Encina's Objective as capping and operator all in one.
