Try using the Curtain Wall tool, specially if you are in AC22 instead of regular walls and coverings.

If you use Wall Profiles as in Carstenem's option, you will need to model in all of the horizontal divisions between your panelling unless it is included within your texture. This might create a discrepancy between your horizontal and vertical divisions though.

If you have version 22 then use the curtain wall as Eduardo suggested.
It will create all of the horizontal and vertical joins (frames) and all the different panels.

It might be possible with curtain wall in older versions as well (I am no expert with them), but it is definitely possible in 22 as the curtain wall tool is much improved.

Yes AC22 curtain wall would be the best option, at least it looks like it watching the new videos, here Down Under we still wait for AC22 lagging behind !
