whole story missing in elevations & 3d

in plan the ground floor appears to be there but when i do a 3d view or elevational view this part of the building is missing. on the plan it appears everything is just lines or fill, rather than objects.
anybody know whats happened?
it was drawn in ac11 & saved as an archive file. an earlier file of the same model appears completely OK, this was also saved as an archive file.
thanks

I hope someone can shed some light on this as i had a similiar issue.

everything was fine in floor plan but when i cut a section through the building, parts did not show, like the floors. to work around, i had to use an elevation model, like a section tag. i was still missing some information, but i had more to start with.

maybe this is worksheet or maybe you have to check the layers of the view on this floor on view map or see the combination layers what is on and off on this current floor view map

Check if you have 3D Cut Planes turned ON.
Or you may go to 3D by activating a saved View and some layers get turned off.
If this doesn"t help, could you post some screenshots about the problem?

In the section and 3d, I also seem to be missing all the items tagged as 'new' under the 'renovation status'.

It might be staring at me, but I can't seem to find a setting to change this.

Just realised that the renovation filter setting on section and 3d differs from what's set on plan and needs to be separately set.
