window parameters in AC19

With the new forced hierarchy of window settings in AC19, I can't seem to find out where the setting is to choose the number of unit shown in a multi unit window.

In AC18, this selection seemed to only exist in the "All Parameters" option of the custom settings. This was a little hidden before, but at least existed.

Does anyone know how to get to it now? Thanks so much!

We're finding this difficult and troubling. We have used the US "Casement Window MU" for most of our projects for over a decade now (it's great for a horizontal row of windows), and, with the latest upgrade, it just doesn't work. There is no way to adjust the number of sashes, which is the only reason to use this object.

Has anyone found a work around to either get "All Parameters" to display, or to adjust the number of sashes?

Report it to your reseller as a bug.

For a work-around... Check out Nick Corina's video at
the bottom of THIS POST>

Follow his directions to revise & save an object. i.e.; Revise the window's
parameter for "Number of ___ Units".

EDIT:
Another workaround:
Open an instance of AC18 and create the window.
Copy and paste it's wall into AC19.
Eyedropper the window and place as needed.

Thanks for the work arounds, these are great. I've reported it to the reseller already actually, but I appreciate the idea. They said GS knows about it and should be fixing for the next update.

Your two workaround ideas with do the job (slowly), but it sounds like the problem ultimately is with the program, and it wasn't a "simple setting" that we were missing.

Too bad! Hope they get this bug fixed soon!
