Automatic placement of gdl objects ?

Hi all,

I am researching the possibilities of archicad for my own little practice.

Particularly I need to know to what extent Archicad is exposed to scripting or programming.
I need to do the following:
1) automagically place (parametric) GDL objects.
2) automagically generate drawings of each placed object.

Does ArchiCad provide means to do these things ?

To illustrate my point I have added a picture that shows a double curved facade of a hexagonal grid filled with objects that each have a different aperture.
Also, I like ArchiCad's attitude a lot I am willing to ding in deep if necessary, anything to get out from under A'desks reign.
