Imagine the following case: You have a new version of an object and with a certain file they need to be in the embedded library. So you drag & drop the object to the library. You will get asked, if you want to overwrite. You select yes. Then the following message appears:
(Why would this operation even fail? The daily wonders).
But whats even worse: The object will be deleted from the explorer (sic!) as well. So be aware that you should never do this, at least until GS fixes this horrible bug. (Instead first delete the object in the embedded lib, reload the lib, load the new object, reload.)

When I opened the file that had this issue today, the latest 4 embedded Objects I had replaced were missing. I know they were there the last time I closed the file yesterday because I was specifically working with two of the Objects.
