2d objects in Element List other than plans

I have been putting key notes in ArchiCAD plans using a 2D library part. I discovered that I can list these keynotes in my element list and so I created keynote schedules using the ID and of the note and an associated text. I then include the list (which is limited by the layer) as a key note schedule for certain layout pages.

My problem is the element list only recognizes the keynote library part in floor plans. ArchiCAD can not find the key note in sections or elevations when it generates a element list.

Any suggestions on how I can access these in Sections and Elevations.
