Any way to get previews of PMKs?

I'd like to use drag and drop with details into Plotmaker, but I can't tell exactly what I'm dragging until it arrives in PM. I understand that Macs have software available to generate thumbnail previews for PMKs, but I'm wondering if anyone has come across anything similar for PC's.

Alternatively, any other tips for managing the process of pulling details into PM? (I ask this at regular intervals just in case someone comes up with something. I haven't seen any good solutions yet.)
