Archicad render, bake textures and export to OBJ. HELP!

Please HELP!

I need to make render and bake rendered texture to 3d view or export to OBJ after.
Any advice how to do it straight in Archicad with CineRender or any plugin/render engine for that?

Extremely need your help guys!
