Architectural Seal

Hello,

I have my drawing seal in CAD Format. When i Xref it into Archicad the arched text around the circle is straight across. Anyway to correct this?

Bring it in as an object rather than an xref.

i gave it a shot and it still doesn't show correctly. I shared a screenshot. The object actual removed my name and license number, etc.

I actually found the missing information would be inputted to the properties, so that's pretty cool. BUT the text that should arch around the circle still only goes across. as shown in the previous image.

Save your stamp as a PDF, JPG, or TIFF, then File-->External Content-->Place External Drawing.

Archicad can not do text along a curved path.

So if the CAD file you are using has text formatted in a curve, it will not translate to Archicad.

Each character will have to be a separate piece of text, positioned and rotated to form the curve.
