BIMx issue on El Capitan

Anyone seeing issues with BIMx Viewer not working with the latest El Capitan, version 10.11.3?

Have a look at this from one of my users.

I think they are using the latest viewer version.
(edit: she is running version 18.0.0.3006 of the viewer. Trying to get her to test version 19).

I have had no luck getting the orbit function to work once I hit escape after it opens initially. However, I'm new to ArchiCAD in general and could be missing something.
