Can't place Labels anymore in 22 6001

Now that I have updated to 6001 I am no longer able to place labels. I get a messages that says
not able to pace this label as independent label - it not being placed as an independent label. I use the syringe to pick up the properties of existing labels just like it and try to place another label and it wont do it. Or if I select and configure a label it won't work that way either.

Check your label geometry method.
It is probably set to independent.

Thanks Barry. Yes. I rewatched my video clip and I saw it change without me doing it. It is set to Element before I used the syringe to pick up the properties. Then it changed without me knowing it. It was set to Independent when the new label was placed.
