Clone a Folder and zooming setting

Initial zooming setting to "Fit to window" in the view settings when creating elevation, section or interior elevation clone folders seems to get ignored. The resulting clone folder view settings would show the zooming as "FIt to window" but the actual views in the folder would always be set to "Zoomed Area". I've found that switching the zooming setting back and forth to reassign "fit to window" in the cloned folder view settings would fix the problem.  Is this a bug, or am I missing any hidden setting somewhere?  

The "Ignore zoom and rotation...." setting also seems to have a similar problem. 

Is it just me or anybody else having the same problem?
