Dark glass and "dirty" walls

Anonymous

Hello,
This is one of my first render in ArchiCAD and i've got 2 problems.
The first (in blue) is about my glass which appears sometimes really dark/black
The second (in red) is the wall which appears like dirty
Could someone tell me how to fix that ? Thank you very much

(I never changed the glass surface setting)

If I remember correctly general Options add more ray depth.

For the 1st issue, Ray Threshold, Ray Depth and Reflection Depth play a role, in the Help files see: User Interface Reference > Dialog Boxes > Detailed CineRender Settings > General Options (CineRender). Maybe this will also help with the 2nd problem.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

Thank you for your answers ! I just changed my signature and it works better when I change Ray Threshold, Ray Depth and Reflection Depth

What should I do, when I am not able to change anything (options are blocked).
