Disappearing dimensions in sections

Anonymous
Not applicable
The problem is following:
I make elements using library objects (Roof Construction). I make section line through the element and place dimension lines. If I change scale/regenerate/ reopen drawing etc, some dimensions disappear. Here is the link to video how it happens: 120MB MP4
https://www.dropbox.com/s/zrjk1zp4llb0fln/2015-09-02%2010.52.24.mp4?dl=0
What is the problem?

Windows 10, AC 19 3003 INT

PS.
there are ~80 walls in my project. It is disaster when some dimensions disappear. I must check every drawing again before plotting.

Looks like a bug to me, I will report it to Graphisoft.

Please keep the MP4 file on Dropbox for a week or so so they can download it in case they need it.

Hi, we believe that we have seen this issue through a Customer Support case earlier.
The dimensions disappear only if the user clicks on the end of the story level line. It can be observed if you don't click immediately on the bottom left/right point of the Purlin, just wait while the infotag about the story level lines appear.
In this case if the user presses Tab to select the Purlin instead, the dimensions stay after changing to new scale.
The issue is that only vertical dimensions can be linked to the Story Level Lines, and in the current version the dimensions disappear after the check dimension command which is generated by changing the scale.
Let us know, if questions remain.
