Door height not appearing in dimension line

Anonymous
Not applicable
This happens only when I use a wrap-around door frame.
When it is a standard frame type, the height appears in the dimension line.
Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I did try inserting the dimension line with several methods (normal continuous and adding dimensions with Ctrl) and still, the height shows only by the standard frame door.

Hi Yasmine,

Thank you for posting this here, and I'm sorry about this experience.

I will have our Technical Support team take a look at this.
It seems to be a defect with the software though, but nonetheless, I will reach out to you again here once we conclude the investigation.

Kind regards,
Ghaleb

Hi again Yasmine,

We investigated this issue here in the office however, we were unfortunately not able to reproduce the error you described.
I'm afraid there are some specific settings or other factors which are causing this behavior which are not present here for us and we are not aware of.

May I please ask of you to share with me, through a PM, a sample .PLA file where this error is present?
It is highly preferred to provide a .PLA file so that the same Library Parts are within the file when we open it.
This way we are certain that the settings and other factors are the same for us as they are for you.

Additionally, could you please provide the information regarding which ARCHICAD are you using specifically? Also, which Build (Update).

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Kind regards,
Ghaleb
