Doors not visible in plan view

After creating a wall more or less midway between stories I can see the wall but not the door I placed in it. It shows up in 3D but not plan view. I've checked and rechecked my settings and can't see anything amiss. Thank you for help.

Also, check your Model View Options settings. In that Dialog, Doors can be set so that only their Opening is displayed in the Floor Plan.

You will have a default floor plan cut plane for the project but, in this case, you will probably want one that is at a different height.
