Very impressive! This is quite different way of presenting a project compared to when I was a student...

Clearly a concept piece for Virgin Galactic and Space Camp but definitely not clear if it's selling architecture or rides into space. Looks like all flash and no substance to me. Not a single shot that made me feel I want to be there.

Correction: It's 'guy', as in one person. Alex Roman. He did everything himself (more or less) and even appears in one or two of the videos.

And he is something of an uber-genius when it comes to rendering visualization and his artistic style and poetic sense of presentation are the stuff of legend on the internets, and have been imitated over and again without the same level of skill and artistry that he has.

Although his work is fantastic, it's a style and a workflow that would never lend itself to conventional production render needs and constraints (overall it took him a couple of years or so to pull the whole thing together during his free times), much less the needs of most architects wanting to showcase their designs. But it certainly offers up a template and a standard for what exceptionalism would look like for those seeking to better their presentation skills.
