Horizontal Boundary

Where is the setting that allows the Horizontal Boundary to be adjustable in the Section View?

For some reason they've worked fine until now.

@James B The icons in the view map match a Section View rather than an Interior Elevation.

It seems the designer locked this layer to reduce the number of selectable layers.
