Is there a way to combine two existing vectorial fills into one new fill?

Is there a way to combine two existing vectorial fills into one new fill?

For example, a concrete fill combined with a parallel line fill?

Or would I have to create a new fill from scratch?

Thanks in advance...

Not besides placing one on top of the other with the background pen for the one on top set to transparent.

Thanks, that's what I'm already doing. I'll just create a new fill from scratch

I use autocad to export a dwg file which has this reinforced concrete hatch into Archicad.  It become a new fill type. And copy this new fill type to my template.

Hey Kelly,

I believe you can only create a "Symbol fill". Archicad seems to have hardwired Vectorial fills which can only be duplicated and then stretched / adjusted, but not created from scratch.  You could dig around some of the other language version templates and there might be the fill in there as a vectorial fill... bit of a long shot though and easy to create a new symbol Fill

Thanks everyone, I created a few new symbol fills to go with my graphic override, and now my stepped walkout foundation walls have different fills based on their home offset distance. No more drawing a fill on top of a wall to achieve the same thing!

Thanks, but I haven't touched autocad in 20 years and avoid it at all costs!
