Label for top elevation to home story does not place the indicator

I have created a label for beams, which includes the top elevation to home story. If the beam is located above the home story, the label places the value of the displacement, without the "+" indicator, and if it is below, it does place the "-" indicator:

Does anyone know how to place the "+" indicator, automatically? I have this label definition:

In the level dimension tool, it is possible to activate the indicator:

I would like to include this indicator in my label, always. Does anyone know if it’s possible?

I edit: I'm sorry, I think I should have posted in "II. SPECIFIC QUESTIONS / PROBLEMS".

I'm not sure you can use special command in label text, that will let you to show plus sign, if number is bigger than 0.
But you can program your own label with GDL. Or you can create expression based property for your beams, that label will read.
