Lighting calculations and scheduling

I have been told that some local authorities require house BA submissions to include electric plans showing lights and to include luminosity calculations. If Archicad 22 has been used to select and place light fittings, can it also schedule their location and calculate luminosity values? If not, can the Calculate menu be structured or customised to do this?

Sure, if your lighting objects contain the luminosity information, you can schedule it.
If they don't then you can add 'Properties' and you can input this information - saves you having to script the info in GDL.

The zone can be obtained by using 'Related Zone' as a field in the schedule.
No problem unless you have overlapping zones.

Thanks Barry. Will it also add them up for each room or area, or does this have to be done manually or via a spreadsheet?

Sure.
I just amended one of my schedules that show light wattage to include the related zone.
Flag that field and they will total for each zone.
I also grouped the first 2 fields into one heading.
