You can just drag & drop them onto layout from File Explorer.

You might try using Drawing Manager
- Select all PMKs there
- Right Click and Select Read From and choose the folder that has the PMKs

Not for PMK layouts.
I published all views to PMK.

I think the question being asked is the following scenario: There are 3 building PLNs/teamwork files and there is a separate Layout PLN/teamwork file. Can linked markers from a plan view on building A reference a saved view (or its equivalent PMK drawing placed to the Layout file on a layout) in one of the other building files or the Layout file?

Would be good to know if you can have markers that can reference layouts that exist in a separate file.

Essential for extra large projects that require an independent "Layout Book File" that use .PMK files.

The markers that are placed within a project that is published to PMK and then placed on the "Layout PLN" will figure out were they are without issues and this has work like that since AC10 if I remember correctly.

If you want a marker that references the information from another project then you will need to create an Empty Marker in the current project and in that view you will place a link to the other PLN and select the view you want to place. No idea what this will solve anyhow since you can place PMKs from multiple different PLNs in one "Layout PLN" without issues.

Reminder that you don't want to link to Layout you link to views .
