Plotting issue with ArchiCAD 20 - PLEASE HELP!!!!

We have just upgraded to ArchiCAD 20 and we can no longer plot to a network plotter. We run ArchiCAD on macs with the latest El Capitan OS.
Every time we try we get an error message saying cannot find selected printer please select printer in plot setup dialogue box, which we do with no success.

WE can plot to the plotter from ArchiCAD 19 and we can also send drawings to the plotter from 20 if we tell it we are printing. The problem only arises when we plot.

The support guys claim its an OS problem, seems unlikely as 19 works fine and we can print from 20 just not plot. Has anyone else got this issue and more importantly has anybody come across a fix!

Hi All, We have been aware that there are some issues plotting from ARCHICAD 20 on a Mac. There is a case in the developer database with the ID #210445. We are planning to fix it in an upcoming update.

There are several workarounds applicable:

1. Use the File > Print... command; or

2. Save a PLT file and print it with an other plotting software; or

3. Save a PLT file and run the following command in the Command Line:
lpr -oraw [plot file name] -P [printer driver name]

Thanks for reporting this issue! Best, k
