Printing to PDF (Mac Os 10.5.2)

Hi!

I have a slight problem... I try to save to PDF and i works just fine with the exeption of some of the printing preferences... The options "hairline", "black and white" and "header/foot" in the printing dialog doesn´t affect PDF saving... And when I try to manually install Distiller as a printer it refuses to produce a file...

How do I get the save as pdf dialog to work with the additional settings in ACs printing dialogue?
