Just save the files to your iDisk. You should probably make a Project folder in your Public folder. I haven't tried the security measures yet but I expect that they are typical UNIX.
It's just simple as that! But instead of making a folder inside Public folder of the iDisk, the easy away to make it work is creat an archive of all files. That away, my client can simply download everything at once.

You're right about the archive if what you want is to transfer files. I assumed you were publishing a web reviewer set.
