Share a BIMx Hyper-model - Payment Failed in iTune

I am trying to share a BIMx model from the Pro Version. Model is uploaded correctly and I am able to view it from both my iPhone and iPad. I try to to process the Model and get a message "Payment Failed Cannot connect to iTunes Store "

I thought it might be one device so tried on my phone too. I had no trouble buying any other apps including the BIMx Pro app.

Has anyone else had this problem? I have tried everything I can think of.

Apple is experiencing problems on many of their sites since early this morning. Just read that on Macworld.
