WALLS? why can't I see them from a story above?

I need to see these "basement" retaining walls in my "first floor" story? why or how would I toggle the wall settings to be able to see them "HOME AND ONE STORY ABOVE" setting like you do with slabs, roofs, any other object for that matter?
Walls, most of all need to be visible sometimes in more than it's home story or "relevant story" setting..
please advise.

nevermind....ok, for those of you who have forgotten or simply can't find where to set seeing walls "below" the current story...it's a "VIEWMAP" setting parameters.
you need to set your viewmap to see "1 story below" so you can see walls below your current story you are in.
