This is the latest interior scene i'm working on. Questions & Comments are welcomed. I ordered Dwight's book almost a month ago and still no word on when it would be here (The Bahamas).

another camera shot but this shot came out so dark. i added a general light source but it really didn't do a good job when i turn off my camera light.

What feeling or atmosphere are you trying for?

i wanna have the feeling of a a warm and bright mid day over looking the harbor. I have a pic of the harbor i wanna use as my background.

Your first step should be to put that photo into the background - a hint for image character.

These murky shots need to accept the shadowed quality of an unlit room. To solve this, make the surfaces less reflective to cancel the glare.

You should experiment by exagerrating the ambient light.

Your light needs more color.
