I am in the process of setting up the web reviewer on our ftp/web site and have run into the problem of when they person signs into the proper folder and accesses their assigned file (they have complete read and write access to that folder) they are able to open and redline the documents however they are unable to sycronize the redlines back to the web site. it says "Unable to create redline folder". I tested this locally, without loading the files on the the web and it says the same thing. So i am wondering if it is the browser i am using or if it is a bug with web reviewer. Any suggestions. Anyone else had this problem?
