In the case of multi-storey residential building with several staircases and more apartments in plan, what criteria used to appoint apartments, rooms (zones stamp) of the apartments and markers of doors and windows? thank you

Well, maybe the best thing to do would be to ask the client of what their requirements are for each.

When our office was doing residential building here is how we did it:

The ID of Zones belonging to the same apartment were set to the same value. This helped in listing them. E.g. Apartment number "A-13" meant that it was in Staircase A, First floor and third apartment on that Floor.
Within one apartment we had an order for numbering Zones. Numbering went from 01 to whatever number was needed, normally till 08 or 10 or 12, depending on the number of rooms in the apartment.
The order was something similar:
Living Room
Room(s)
Kitchen
Diner
Bathroom(s)
Garderobe(s)
Toilet(s)
Passage(s)
Balcony(ies)

This way the ID and Zone Number of any individual Zone in a building was always unique.

The IDs of Doors and Windows always came later based on the Door/Window Schedules. Maybe exterior Window numbers went from A01 to A10/A20/A30 depending on the number of different types and configurations.
Interior Windows started with B01.
Exterior Doors started with C01.
Interior Doors started with D01.
And so on...

You can create any type of numbering system as long as it is working for you.

example

APT A101 stair
APT A101 Floor
Apt A101 n° Apartment

APT n° Rooms n° Doors n° Windows

APT A101>Kitchen 01 D101 W101
>Livingroom 02 D102A D02B W102A W102B W102C
>bedroom 03 D103 W103
>so on

APT A102>Kitchen 01 D201 W201
>Livingroom 02 D202A D202B W202
>bedroom 03 D203 W203A W203B
>so on

APT A201....... D101 ( n° Apartment)
D101 ( n° room)

APT A202....... D201 ( n° Apartment)

Does it work? I'm not sure that it's a good think tie the number of the window to the room number.

Well, maybe what I wrote was a bit ambiguous.
The numbering of Doors and Windows are totally independent of the numbering of Zones.
Of course it is not a good idea to tie them to Zones. A given Door or Window is probably placed in a great number Zones. For example, probably most apartments will have the same type of entrance Door so they will all have the same ID since they are all the same type regardless of which Zone they are in. Those Door or Window instances should have the same ID so they are listed as a single item (single row) in schedules.
