import from archicad to artlantis

Hi, i have a problem importing the archicad 17 file to artlantis 4.1..
I export the archicad file as I usually did before with older versions of archicad..when it comes to open the artlantis file, it says "the file cannot be loaded", why does this happen?

There are separate exporters for 4.1 and 5. Are you sure that you selected 4.1 format when saving from the 3D window?

Mystery. Have you tested with a fresh project and just a single wall, for example? I've not heard of anyone having an issue.

Check the Artlantis Import & Plug-In forum for more help:

I do NOT know what the cause is (or the fix, for that matter)… I do know that I had a similar issue and my WORKAROUND was to save as 3.x and open the 3.x in 4.1… Once there, it will be a 4.1 document…
