Archicad 27 strange startup behaviour

In Archicad 27.1 when you start a file and the 3d tab is the first opened tab, Archicad does not respond in any action.

You have to open any other tab like floor plan and then get back to 3d window so it can be responsive as normal.

Windows 11......

 

Any one with those symptoms?
