without worrying about performance
I see 100+ MB OBJs... Given the formats provided, are there poly optimised versions for that would be suitable for conversion to GSM in order to not murder polycounts?
I see watermarks for other websites that you can get assets from, sometimes purchasable. Are you some how related to them? I see some of your listings even have the source links in their descriptions. How does licencing work for this? Even providers of free object rely on traffic through their websites...
I almost feel like this is an AI scraped collection and compliation or other peoples products...

This feels like AI Spam.
Why would you promote a product and have a gmail address instead of an official one?

Yes I was wondering about this one as well.
I moved it from the Modelling forum and changed tag to 'Ads', but then had to run off and didn't get a chance to ask what the fellow moderators thought.
There are no actual Archicad objects that I can see, but the objects there can be used (although I did not test) even though they are extremely large in file size (polygons).
So I am not really sure if it is good or bad.
Barry.

Ok, I will be truthful, it did not almost feel like an AI scraped collection, it did feel like one... the reviews feel like it too... The website domain has been in use for over a year though.

Whatever it is, I think it is OK to keep it here in the General Discussions forum with the "Ads" Label. It is exactly the type of post for the "Ads" Label.
