Dear Graphisoft Community Members,
Thank you for all the feedback provided regarding the first user group webinar. These inputs are very valuable - they help us chart our future product releases and initiatives to better serve our customer base.
We are happy to share that these quarterly interactive webinars will continue. The next one is planned for the end of March 2022. It will be geography specific to ensure that they are held at a convenient time for you. Therefore, we will have 4 sessions:
While the specific topics for each of these webinars will vary, the themes will be around sharing and gathering feedback on our product roadmap - industrial best practices and technological advancements.
Dear customers, we are looking forward to your participation in these webinars and request you to sign up by filling this form. The deadline for signing up is March 25th. People who signed up to the previous webinar will be invited automatically.
Looking forward to working with you.

Hello,
Thank you for this compact summary of the event. As one who looks out to "efficient design" always I like it much better than the announcement(s) here where the same text apperars for times...
It took a while until I figured out what's about this areas APAC etc., and to which I belong.
On the startpage I wanted always to click on the 'sign up' button... but there is no link on it.
Greetings to all!

Thank you for your Feedback Snow! For now, the link to sign up in the post text, that was just an image and I see how it can be confusing. We'll try to make it more intuitive and efficient for the next events. We thought referring to the regions in acronyms would make it more compact and efficient as you liked 😄, especially with the different time zones mentioned. We will make sure to make it clearer next time. Welcome to the webinar!

It is also a bit confusing with two sign up functions - one in the group and one through a link to MS teams - especially when the one in the group, which is most protruding, actually doesn't do anything.

I see how the two-step registration process can be a bit confusing, but we believe that it is for a valid reason that is worth your patience. Signing up to the group will grant you access to this customer-exclusive space where not only future webinars will be posted, but also forums, discussions and more customer-related events and content. Whereas the registration link to MS Teams is just for this webinar. It is essential for the participation in the specific session, marking it possible to add it to your calendar and getting the access link. It is a part of a communication improvement plan so for the future event we will be able to skip both steps of registration and make your participation effortless and secure. Thank you again for your patience and expect this to be the last time you have to go through such a process.

I didn't refer to joining the group but the signup function for the webinars within the group.
Knowing that I want to participate I just clicked the big button and went on - which actually did nothing for my participation. Information about the second and necessary signup should be abundantly clear.

Hi @thesleepofreason,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Through the event feature, we aimed to check the interest for each session and send timely reminders to attendees. For the future, we are working on enabling such live streams to be broadcasted directly inside the Community platform.
We have noted that the Teams registration was not clearly highlighted and we are trying to emphasize this in further announcements and reminders.
Thanks again and we hope you enjoy the webinar session!

Hi Amine,
Done that.
My question was if the content is a one hour webinar? I would have guessed much longer but in the outlook ics link there is only one hour.

Mats

Will there be a replay of these great meetings? I am hungering to learn Archicad.

These meetings are not for learning Archicad. There are learning resources on the Graphisoft web site and the learning portal.
