I used it 2 days ago - Friday '24-08-30' - without any problems.
Can't find a license now.
Please restore the license, or at least an EL license, so I can save to 27!

I re-assigned your license, it should work again. According to our internal system, your license was unassigned. Do you remember what did you do before the license went lost?

Thank you, it works now.
I didn't use it at the weekend, otherwise nothing special.
I thought it was caused by the change of month (from August to September).
I use BIMcloud SaaS with a different ID.
The Archicad home screen cannot open the plan from there, only from the TW menu.

FWIW I have had AC28 sign me out almost constantly when I travel and the laptop looses connection to the internet so that could be one reason.
This kill switch is not making me happy.

For REASONS (!§"@--#) I had to change my emailadress conected to my Graphisoft ID yesterday.
Arch 26 and 27 still work. Only Arch 28 tells me "no license". Also the Interface of this forum has changed. I'm logged in, but not part of the preview forum any longer ... Changing emailadress here seems impossible. All I can do is quit.

Regarding your licensing issue I suggest you contact technical support. They'll happy to help you fix the problem.
Regarding your membership, since you can reply here, it's safe to assume you're still a group member. As far as I can see, you joined 2024-07-31 07:02 AM exactly. The orange top banner on the site is to promote the program, what you can hide by clicking on the X on the top right corner.

Hi Franz,
I see both of your accounts in the group and I see a license attached to both accounts. According to our backend system, you didn't change your email in your Graphisoft ID, but probably created a new account. In this case, the new account does not have a license until you request one - licenses are tied to Graphisoft IDs and not legal entities.
If you still have issues in Archicad with your license, I suggest you discuss this with technical support - they can guide you through the necessary steps to identify and fix the problem with your license.

@Noemi Balogh It is impossible to log in with my old Email address ... tryed several times, always ends up with my current Graphisoft ID = new account. Could also NOT invite my old email, because it is mapped to a different "company".

I signed again in to TP-program. Now I see this:
But that doesn't help anything… see no option to assign it to a device.
Can you help me?
