Legacy issue from AC27 re: Vertical stretch of certain library parts

This was a bug that was present in AC27 and I was hoping it would be resolved for 28. Any time I try to vertically stretch any of the cabinet library parts, I lose control of my cursor and have to exit. It seems the only way to adjust heights is within the tool and not in the 3D window. Is this still a known problem? Do others experience this or is it just us?

I've had this issue in 27 also. It's a problem with the Cadimage tools also.
