Computers running both Windows and Mac operating systems have hidden folders and files. Sometimes it is necessary to access and remove these files when troubleshooting issues in ArchiCAD. Below are steps to access hidden files and folders on both platforms.

macOS

1. Click the Finder icon in dock to make it the active application.

2. In the Go menu, hold the Option key and Library will appear midway down the menu.

3. Click Library and the folder will open in a Finder window.
