Hey Graphisoft (and AC9 users):

The Serial Number you gave me on the "Keyplug Remote Programming PIN letter isn't working on the https://upgrade.graphisoft.com/ website.

I contacted my re-seller, who gave me an e-mail address (ac9install@graphisoft.com) that rejected my e-mail.

Anyone else out there having problems?

Hi Eugene,

The correct email address is : v9install@graphisoft.com.

If you're getting an 'Upgrade Not Authorized' message, this means that the pin# has not yet been attached to the key.

What I would need from you in this case is your Serial#(s) (the number on the outside of your Pin Letter) that you are having problems with. i will then check with Order Admin and verify/have your pin# attached.
